Northern Sample Factory will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met
(conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):


For downloaded content:

- Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
- You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
- The zip file has not been downloaded. *


We cannot refund you any money if you have accessed the sounds.


Eligibility
A refund is eligible for 60 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).

I you feel there is a particular condition which qualifies you for a refund, look through our GENERAL INFO section and then contact our support staff at northernsamplefactory@gmail.com
Please be sure to make informed purchases. Each product is clearly labelled with what it contains.


Bundles
Due to special pricing policies applied to bundled products (they are priced below the regular List Price) we do not refund any bundled products. Please check the products you already own to make sure you do not buy any duplicates.

* A Download counts as such when a download action is commenced (and not completed). We do not monitor the completion of the download. Each click on the download link counts as one download attempt.

All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to embody and reproduce the enclosed sound samples within their music compositions. Use of these sounds in multimedia projects is limited to use within original musical compositions. Any other multimedia use of these sounds must be cleared with the producer of this product prior to release. This license is granted for a single user only (and is given on a worldwide basis). The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection and sound samples. You cannot electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time -sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. Opening this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
